Through centering Black workers and integrating law and organizing strategies, Black Legal Action & Community Knowledge (B.L.A.C.K). provides educational resources, legal services, and support for Black people working in low-wage industries to build power and scale policy change. Designed to increase access and participation in crafting a more equitable economy, B.L.A.C.K removes barriers to state and federal agencies, and offers leadership training that allows workers to serve as workplace representatives who advocate for their coworkers’ rights.
