Armed with over a decade of expertise in marketing and communication, Roneshia eagerly embraces her new and impactful role as the Director of Marketing and Communication at the National Black Worker Center. Her strategic brilliance has left an indelible mark on various non-profits across the country.

Crowned as Miss Black America, Roneshia’s influence extends far beyond the glamour of the stage. Having conducted over 700 self-confidence workshops, she’s made an everlasting impact on the lives of more than 15,000 young girls . Her commitment to community and civic engagement has rightfully earned her a place on CW 39, Houston’s 40 under 40, Woman of the Year, and other prestigious platforms.

Beyond her professional achievements, Roneshia’s zest for life takes her to distant corners of the world. Bali holds a special place in her heart as her favorite vacation spot, where she indulges in the enchanting culture and landscapes. Dreaming bigger, her ultimate destination is the picturesque Lake Como.

In her vital role at the National Black Worker Center, Roneshia is proud to be part of an organization actively changing the lives of black workers in the country.
