Black workers like Marissa face racism and discrimination in the workplace on the daily. In sharing her Working While Black story, we were heartbroken to learn that she was experiencing targeted harassment, undue injury on the job, inadequate pay, and an array of other forms of workplace discrimination while working as a terminal cleaner at a hospital.
